Marcelo Mosqueira was born in the city of Chivilcoy in 1966. He studied at the National School of Fine Arts, the Chivilcoy School of Visual Arts and the Argentine School of Comics. He published his illustrations in the magazines "Cerdos & Peces", "Fierro", "La Murciélaga", "VLOV", "Hamartia", in the publication of the Association of Cartoonists of Argentina "Sacapuntas", "La Baba", and together with to other authors he participated in the book “Grafías”. He has been recognized several times at the San Martín Cultural Center (2002), Borges Cultural Center (2003), Pompeo Boggio Museum (2006), French Alliance (2006), at the Anno Domini Gallery (2015, San José, California) and at the Argentine Industry event in Tecnópolis (2011-2013). He creates his works with traditional, mixed techniques and sculpture, having works recognized nationally and internationally.
