Gabriel Canteros is an Argentine urban sketcher and watercolor artist known especially for his paintings of architectural landscapes. He discovered a passion for depicting the urban environment many years ago, and over more than a decade he has made painting city scenes part of his daily life. He also teaches drawing and watercolor — first in person and lately through online classes — helping students all over the world improve their skills in perspective, light, shadows, and composition. He founded his own academy, initially focused mainly on architectural sketching, later expanding to full watercolor techniques. Gabriel has exhibited his work in Argentina and in other countries, and he is proud to serve as an ambassador for watercolor brands in his country. Through his social media presence he shares his creative process, his studies from sketches to finished works, and he inspires others to see that architectural watercolor can be accessible with practice and the right tools.
