He was born in 1949 in Bor, Serbia. He has been a professional cartoonist for 41 years and is considered one of the most important Serbian cartoonists today. He currently works as a freelance political cartoonist for several prominent European magazines and newspapers, such as "Nebelspalter", "Eulenspiegel", and for several Serbian dailies and newspapers. In 1996 he was invited to "Seika" University (Kyoto, Japan) to be one of the foreign professors in the cartoon department. The same university proclaimed him one of the best cartoonists in the world in 1996. The Turkish Association of Cartoonists chose Stabor as an ambassador of cartoons in 1997, and today he is a member of Cartoonist & Writers Syndicate (New York, USA .). During his developed professional career in the field of cartoons, he has won more than 250 major world awards.
