Under the direction of the great people at Nerdo, I created this 45-seconds animation for Mulino Bianco (Barilla cookie company), about the rotation of different coltures to preserve ground fertility. It's part of a series of videos and media about producing sustainable wheat, called "La Carta del Mulino".
