The event highlights the power of productions outside the main hubs and expands connections between artists, territories, and narratives
Between August 27th and 31st, the city of São Paulo will be permeated by new creative flows with the arrival of the fourth edition of SP-Arte Rotas—a fair that takes on a new name and momentum by repositioning itself as an open platform for diverse narratives that extend beyond Brazil's borders. Held at ARCA, an industrial space in Vila Leopoldina, the fair brings together 65 exhibitors, including art galleries, institutions, and special projects that reflect the vigor of contemporary artistic production in Brazil and Latin America.
The name change—from Brazilian Routes to SP-Arte Rotas—embodies a natural expansion. This year's fair welcomes international representatives for the first time, including the Isla Flotante gallery from Buenos Aires and the Xapiri Ground project from the Peruvian Amazon. At the same time, it reinforces its connection with Brazil's regional diversity, bringing together exhibitors from 12 states, from Maranhão to Rio Grande do Sul.
