What does happiness mean in a city? This is the question that the Bogotá International Biennial of Art and City attempts to answer this year. The 51-day event explores the connection between the city and the pursuit of well-being through more than 200 works of art by national and international artists.

In addition, this year we address the farewell of Brazilian musician Hermeto Pascoal, who passed away at the age of 89, and also the reasons why the Israeli film "The Sea" upset Benjamin Netanyahu's government.
