Frida Kahlo painting forty million dollars

Frida Kahlo painting to be auctioned starting at forty million dollars, a possible record
EL NUEVO DIARIO, INTERNACIONAL.- Sotheby's will auction a painting by Mexican artist Frida Kahlo in early November in New York. It is valued at between forty and sixty million dollars, and could become the most expensive work by the surrealist painter, or even by any female artist.
The painting, entitled "The Dream (The Bed)," depicts Kahlo sleeping, covered in tree branches, in a bed floating among the clouds. Lying on the bed frame is a large skeleton surrounded by dynamite, holding a bouquet of flowers.
This is one of the highlights of a sale of surrealist art that includes other famous artists such as Salvador Dalí, Max Ernst, René Magritte, and Yves Tanguy. It will be on view at Sotheby's in London until Tuesday, before traveling to other cities, according to a statement.
