Night of the Museums 2024: when it is and what there is to do in the City of Buenos Aires

The cultural event will have more than 250 spaces to visit throughout the night with free admission.
The Night of the Museums returns to the City of Buenos Aires on November 9. This event became a cultural experience that brings life to the Federal Capital at night.

From 7 p.m. to 2 a.m., more than 250 spaces, cultural centers and museums will open their doors for free, offering citizens and tourists the opportunity to explore the vast artistic and heritage wealth of the city.
This event also offers an immersive and totally free experience where participants will be able to carry out different activities with guided tours, talks, performances and even workshops to stimulate dialogue and reflection around culture.

During that night, you can also enjoy contemporary art exhibitions, ancient paintings and even displays of historical heritage for Argentina.
How to make the most of Museum Night

One recommendation is to plan your visit in advance. Visitors can check the online schedule on the City Government's website, which details the participating venues and the specific activities they will offer.
In addition, it is advisable to organize a tour that allows you to visit several places, taking into account that some venues may have limited capacity and long lines to enjoy the show.

To make the most of the tours, the city government confirmed that public transportation that night will be completely free so that visitors can move from one place to another more easily.
